Return & Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy of Northern Lights Enterprises:
 

At Northern Lights Enterprises, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality apparel design and sublimation printing services. Due to the customized and personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing their purchase.
 

1. Order Accuracy and Inspection:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the order, including design proofs and product specifications, before completing the purchase. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon receipt to verify that it meets your expectations.
 

2. Design Approval:

Before production begins, customers will be provided with design proofs for approval. Once a design is approved, any subsequent changes may result in additional charges. Please review proofs carefully and communicate any necessary modifications before granting approval.
 

3. Quality Assurance:

While we take pride in delivering products of the highest quality, slight variations in color, print placement, or other characteristics may occur due to the nature of sublimation printing. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
 

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to address the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
 

5. Cancellation Policy:

As a general rule, all sales are final, and we do not accept order cancellations once production has commenced. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Northern Lights Enterprises and may be subject to cancellation fees and charges for work already completed.
 

6. Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be considered in the case of an order cancellation made within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins. Refunds will not be issued for completed orders or personalized items.
